Openproject configure error

Hi ,

I am trying to setup openproject on centos 7 with mysql and cpanel. But when I try to configure it through terminal, getting errors like ’KeyError: Cannot load `Rails.application.database_configuration`:
key not found: “DATABASE_URL” . Is it because of the presence of an already installed mysql? Can you help me on this?
