I couldn't find a solution and got no response to my question. I guess the solution would have been there if I had opted to pay for the commercial solution, but as I was evaluating the product, paying to solve a problem during evaluation didn't make sense to me. So I ended up going another route and another software instead.
Hi Nuno,
I think if was a comercial solution, should have any advice/alert after click the plugin's link. But they redirect to plugin's home page and there isn't no one blocks at OpenProject's plataform or alert to redirect to Enterprise Edition.
Yeah. But the fact remains that I couldn't get it to work. So I had to move on or go for commercial. Since I hadn't been able to test, I moved on.
Hi Nuno,
in your screenshot, you were pasting a line that should belong into the
Gemfile.plugins
file in your bash shell. This does not make any sense. The plugin installation is detailed in our Plugin guide which can be found within our help section. For future reference, please follow these instructions when trying to install plugins:
Also, if you want to test OpenProject and are not tech-savvy, we recommend you use the 14-day free trial to our hosted platform. You will only need to enter your name and mail address for your login and can fully test the product.
Best,
