Sizing server for new install

Hi,
We have an OP installation that has bad performance. We would try to create a new installation in order to try to have acceptable performance.
At this time we have 112 project used by 32 user. Maximum concurrent user maybe 8-10 user.
what are the raccomended spec for a similar ambient? a dedicated mysql server may be ok or is better to think to a cluster infrastructure?
