OP error: An internal error has occured. [object Object]

Hi to everyone,
in our installation on ubuntu 16.04.4 OP version 7.4.2 only on certain work packages when inserting\updating date the system return the error on subject.
If I try to modify any other data, the new data is saved correctly.
I attach a screenshot of the error and the error extracted from /var/log/openproject/production.log

What I could try to do?
