Cannot get Open Project installed.

I have followed the instructions over and over again and cannot get Open Project to work. I have a home site (simple html) with Wordpress and /blog and phpBB at /forum. I set Open Project to install at /openproject and when I go there, I just get “This site can’t be reached.”

To clarify, I am not even using the manual installation.. I am following these instructions:

I attached the output from when I ran openproject configure.
