CPU Load when uploading

Hi,

I’ve installed OpenProject 7.4.1 (from repo) on Ubuntu 16.04 and used the official documentation. I run into problems when I try to upload big files (> 150 MB). Then the cpu load of the unicorn worker process goes up to 100 % and openproject gets unusable. After uploading the file, openproject gets usable again.

I found on google that unicorn is not multithreaded. Is this true? Is there anything I can optimize?
