How to set up incoming email on cloud edition

I’m trying to setup the incoming email for openproject cloud, but I’ve many doubts.
Is click on enabe incoming emails. but my questions are:
1. How can I setup the openproject incoming email address where to send emails in order to be imported as tasks?
2. Why is needed the API KEY?
3.Could be anybody please provide an example of email to be sent to openproject?
