After updating the Textile Edior Toolbar does not work

Hello Community and Developers,

after upgrading to OP 7.2.3, the Textile Toolbar does not work like here in the forum.

In the Chrome browser, I only see several arrows in the editor tools in the toolbar.

How can I solve the problem?

Before, everything was fine with it.
