Tables and Tabs CSS Style Missing

On a fresh Centos 7 Minimal Installation and a fresh installation of OpenProject (7.3.1) utilizing the installation package, the application installs properly but is displaying all tables and tabs without their typical CSS styling.

Attempted to recompile and update, but was not successful in restoring the intended formatting.

The same issue is found if Gravatar images are enabled. The image sits at its full size over the user icon on the top right of the application but does not scale down to the bar as intended.

Seems to me like a stylesheet either is missing from the installation package or is not being properly compiled/applied. I am not familiar enough with OpenProject at this point to propose the fix.

Weird issue. If anyone runs across this thread with the same issues.

Recompiling the assets (assets:precompile) and manually removing the cache folder (opt/openproject/tmp/cache) fixed the issue randomly after doing it several times.
