MacOS Installation: Release High Sierra (10.13) possible?

After upgrading MacOS from 10.12 to 10.13 my OP installation (stable/6) was not running anymore. I tried installation of stable/7 but no success. The installation process stopped while installing passenger. There is an open issue with the passenger module for 10.13.
Any solutions yet?
