OP on ARM?

Is there a possibility to install open project on an ARM CPU?
I read that you can Precompile assets on a different machine where you can install libv8 and move the stuff to your arm machine.
But Im a compleatly noob in Linux can someone explain me how to do this exactly?

Skipping acquire of configured file ‘main/binary-armhf/Packages’ as repository ‘https://dl.packager.io/srv/deb/opf/ openproject-ce/stable/7/debian 8 InRelease’ doesn’t support architecture ‘armhf’
