Apache Webserver custom port

I had installed openproject in a centos7 based system. Installation and everything goes fine. But i need a custom port with my apache. I had installed using package installer.

I tried changing apache port for openproject.conf in httpd. But the custom port i added didnt worked. httpd is not using the new port which i given in the virtualhost config of openproject. my firewall and selinux is disabled for the time being.

plz can anyone help me with this problem.

i am running openproject and other websites on an apache (also its not recommended)

i changed the port of openproject to 8080 to select between the other websites on the apache.
