Are you running OpenProject behind a Proxy (Squid) that prohibits certain HTTP methods?

F, [2017-07-11T12:33:59.438394 #11670] FATAL -- : ActionController::UnknownHttpMethod (METHOD_OTHER, accepted HTTP methods are OPTIONS, GET, HEAD, POST, PUT, DELETE, TRACE, CONNECT, PROPFIND, PROPPATCH, MKCOL, COPY, MOVE, LOCK, UNLOCK, VERSION-CONTROL, REPORT, CHECKOUT, CHECKIN, UNCHECKOUT, MKWORKSPACE, UPDATE, LABEL, MERGE, BASELINE-CONTROL, MKACTIVITY, ORDERPATCH, ACL, SEARCH, MKCALENDAR, and PATCH):
F, [2017-07-11T12:33:59.438482 #11670] FATAL -- :

reads a lot like a proxy sending our PATCH / PUT requests from the frontend as METHOD_OTHER.

Best,
Oliver
