installer on SLES12 requests postgresql93, which is legacy

Added by M D about 8 years ago

Hi everybody,

I’m trying to install openproject-ce on a SLES12 for evaluation purpose.

I’m following the information on this page : https://www.openproject.org/download-and-installation/

There is a problem because the installer requests postgresql93, which is legacy on sles12 (pleases see attached screenshot).

What is the method to replace the version 9.3 with 9.4, so that I can install it ?

(the manual installation ist not a valid solution, considering industrial needs)

Thanks for any help :)

Installed well after choosing Solution 2.

edit: because of the problem mentionned in the first post, the installer doesn’t mention the software needs a preinstalled imagemagick package.

So:

First install imagemagick package from repository,

Then install openproject

Then configure openproject as described in the manual page.
