OpenProject 6.1.5 (Mysql2) - Email Notifications whit Exchange and no auth

We installed our new OpenProject Server (6.1.5). But sadly i cannot figure out how to configure the SMTP Server Settings.

We have an Exchange Server (2016) and we configured that the IP from our OpenProject Server is allowed to send mails to all Users. Usually this settings work fine and we can configure in every other software the smtp settings that it is working.
But for OpenProject its killing me. I cannot find any documentation for the current OpenProject Version. And the old ones are not helping me.

So may someone here could help me a out?

How can i configure (about GUI or SHELL) the Server (Ubuntu 16.04) that Mails is going to work whit our Exchange Server.

Thanks for your help in advance and sorry for my silly english :-/
