German language translation missing in binary package?

Hi,

I installed the OpenProject binary package on an Ubuntu system (16.04). There seems to be no German language translation included, even though the documentation states that English and German should be the default supported languages.

I went to “Administration -> System Settings -> Display”, but the only entry under “Available languages” is English; so there are no other languages I could enable, hence no user can chose something other than English, either.

What am I missing? If the translation is not included in the binary package, how can I add it after installation? The Translations plugin is installed, BTW…

OK, seems to work now… What I did:

- removed the binary package

- re-installed it (same version as before, 6.1.3)
- ran the configuration assistant 3 times (“openproject configure”)

… now the other languages are available for activation…
