Upgrade 3.1.0 to 6

Hi,

We want to upgrade Openproject from 3.1.0 to 6 (last version). Current version we have installed in manual mode. I think that the optimal way is that we migrate from manual installation to package installation, because of the simplified upgrading in future. Now we are using Ubuntu server 12, but we have plan to upgrade to version 14..

Please for any hints/instrustions on how to upgrade and migrate from manual to package installation.
