No notification e-mail

I’m using version OpenProject 5.0.17 and and I correctly (I think so?) configured email settings.
I get notification about generating a new password, because that I think that smtp is configured correctly.

But I do not get any notification from the system for any of the activity (they are configured at user accounts), where may be a problem?
