Post installation error from Passenger

When finishing the steps for the installation guide here: https://github.com/opf/openproject/blob/stable/5/doc/operation_guides/manual/installation-guide.md I end up getting an error: “We’re sorry, but something went wrong.”. Not entirely sure what I have to do to fix this. What additional steps do I have to take to get into the configuration steps?
