Editor formatting tools(jstElements) not working in my local installation

In my OpenProject installation on Ubuntu 14.04.4 the formatting tools which appear above this text editor are not working. The elements are there exactly as on this page except the buttons respond to hover and click events here while on my installation they do not respond, though the html elements are present exactly as on this editor page. Any suggestions on what the issue could be?

I’m also unaware of a good way to search existing posts and bugs but I couldn’t see an issue similar to this.

Hey Conor,

this is a known bug and we’re fixing it for the next patch release.
