Hi Леонид,

I am wondering a little, since an installation of the actual version of OpenProject should offer you numerous languages.

Could you please check under “Administation” -> “system settings” -> Tab “display” ?

There should be a list of 30+ languages from which you can choose the languages you want to be able to use.
Once you checked the languages, you can set the standard language and users can choose a language separately.

Hope this helps a little.

Best,
Oliver
