I’ve managed to install OP and after getting passenger setup, I can finally see something. I’m just not sure where to go next

Server Error

We’re sorry! The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Please try again later.

error 500
Tracy is unable to log error.

Hi Mike!

could you please restart your webserver with option “passenger_friendly_error_pages on;” an try to access your OpenProject installation again?

You’ll then find more detailed information on why openproject encountered the error.

That would help immense to track down the reason for your server error, since there can just be so many… :/

Hi Mike,

basically, what Oliver said. You can also try to find the internal error by looking at the production.log If you do not want to expose error messages in your webserver.

Thanks for the help guys! Unfortunately I ended up reinstalling CentOS (6.7 -> 7.2) and will be trying this again. During my first attempt I messed up by not having the dependencies properly setup. I’ll post here if something comes up again.
