Wiki pages and UTF-8 URL encoding

We face a problem in the wiki with UTF-8 URL pages including accentuated chars.

Data encoded in those pages are lost.

Same here, it’s a real problem for us since we can’t edit and save existing pages that contain accentuated chars…
