Selecting work-package type in a backlog is not allowed

I successfully installed openproject-ce 4.2.8 (Mysql2) on a CentOS 6.5 VM, using packages.
All seems working as expected, but I have a strange behavior in using backlogs.
FIrst of all when selecting “New story” in the drop-down menu of a backlog, only the type “Phase” is proposed as work-package type (see 001 file attached).
Then if I change the work-package type to (e.g.) “User story” (see 002 file), then the work-package disappear form the list of work-packages belonging to its backlog.
I am not able to understand if this is caused by a bug, a configuration mismatch, or by an incorrect operation performed by me.
Could you help me, please?

Some news: I found that it was related to a mis-configuration.
I needed to navigate to Administrations->Plugins and click on “OpenProject Backlogs” plugin “Configure” link.
In the opened dialog page, in the “Story types” GUI control I can select more than one item.
Now the question becomes what “Task type” should I choose. I was not able to find a page in the documentation explaining the right way to use such a dialog.
