API Key on rev 4.0.8

Hello,
I don’t find how to get an API Key on Open Project rev. 4.0.8 ?
On the online test setup (4.3.0-alpha) I can get it on the left of My Account page but this is not the case in rev. 4.0.8.
Could someone help me?
