initctl: Unkown instance error after re-install

I needed to re-install openproject-ce and performed a “yum openproject-ce remove” to remove the existing package install. I then went through the package install again and configured database.yml to have openproject-ce use a clean mysql database. When openproject is started the initctl error message is displayed. Did I miss something? Thanks.

Running “telinit q” seems to have fixed it
