Is it possible to migrate from the core version to the community version? If yes, how? Do I just need to change the yum repository path or is more needed?
we are working on a solution to do that kind of easily. But unfortunately, I think that won’t be ready until June 2015.
Until then there is a manual way to do it, just as describe here. The only downside is that you would have to do all those steps again if you updated the core package with packager. But at least your data should be safe in that event.
We did not test if you can just change the yum path. I think it’s worth a try but I’m busy at the moment. Sorry!

Is that of any help for you?

Hi Jonas,
The link you mention here does not work in this case. From the web page:
I can confirm this.
I did change the yum repo config and after several problems it worked. E.g. I had to delete the webserver config by hand first etc.
