only one account cannot login? (LDAP)

Hi,

I have one user who cannot login into OP. Other users don’t have this problem. The user is not an administrator.

As administrator I can see the user in the userlist, but when selecting the user via : “Users” and clicking the loginname I get the following error:

_Internal error

An error occurred on the page you were trying to access.
If you continue to experience problems please contact your OpenProject administrator for assistance.

If you are the OpenProject administrator, check your log files for details about the error.
_

Before contacting our external consultant to have a look at this, can anyone help me explain and solve this matter?

we’re running OP 4.0.1.

Hello Ronald,

sorry for the late response.
This was an error relating to an old version of LDAP. Users who had special characters in their password (e.g. ‘§’) received an internal error when trying to log in. This should be resolved with OpenProject 4.0.2:
