Upgrading from version 4.0.6 to 4.0.8

/etc/apt/sources.list.d/ has
deb https://deb.packager.io/gh/opf/openproject trusty stable

Package not found…

Please advise. I see update when running apt-get but hangs and won’t download. Original install was done per instructions on site.
