Packaged Installation Ubuntu 14.04

I’m stuck. The following command does nothing. The terminal is now stuck there for hours.

$ sudo apt-get install openproject

Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree       
Reading state information... Done
The following NEW packages will be installed:
  openproject
0 upgraded, 1 newly installed, 0 to remove and 86 not upgraded.
Need to get 63.6 MB of archives.
After this operation, 226 MB of additional disk space will be used.
0% [Working]

First I thought it was my connection buy I can sudo apt-get install everything else except openproject :(

Help?

Nevermind, managed to install OpenProject manually. Working great so far.
