Installing OpenProject on NGINX

I am using Ajenti which utilizes NGINX, the reason I use it as it provides an easier way to manage the different websites I am running. I was wondering if it is possible to independently install the different dependencies that are required by OpenProject and run it on Centos 7 using NGINX?
