Hello,

I have significantly researched this problem in the forums as well as on the web without finding the solution. I am having difficulty with LDAP authentication to Active Directory. I have configured LDAP as follows:

Name: ldapauth
Host:
Port: 389
account: ldap_read
password: <ldap_read’s password>
Base DN: DC=mysub,DC=mydomain,DC=local
On-the-fly user creation: checked

Login: samaccountname
First name: givenName
Last name: sN
Email: mail

Test succeeds however authentication fails with the following:

“Invalid user or password or the account is blocked due to multiple failed login attempts. If so, it will be unblocked automatically in a short time.”

Any help is greatly appreciated!
