Backup Database throws "/usr/bin/env: ruby: No such file or directory"

I’m calling the command “RAILS_ENV=production bundle exec rake backup:database:create” in my OpenProject 4.0.2 installation in /opt/openproject.

Then I get:

/usr/bin/env: ruby: No such file or directory

What’s wrong? Openproject was installed by packaged installation.
