HELP NEEDED: Virtualbox ubuntu & OpenProject 3.0 virtual machine

Dear friends,

I work on Windows so I installed VirtualBox and I played around with Ubuntu.
I keep getting errors following the installation steps. After almost 3 days without any success, I decided to give up on installing it on my own.

Does anyone have a VirtualBox virtual machine with Ubuntu and OpenProject 3.0? If anyone can put one together it would be absolutely amazing and greatly appreciated.

PS: this solution would fix most of the questions in this thread about how to make the environment work properly since everyone could download a fully configured virtual machine.

Yes, I installed Ubuntu 12.04 on VirtualBox and followed the installation instructions provided by openproject. I had success in installing the development server, however, there are no clear instructions on how to switch or deploy production…

Any help is appreciated.
