Openproject 3 install fails at step "gem "openproject-help_link", ..."

Hi!

I tried to install Openproject 3 today and it failed at this step:

$ gem "openproject-help_link", :git => "https://github.com/finnlabs/openproject-help_link.git", :branch => "3-0-3" -bash: https://github.com/finnlabs/openproject-help_link.git,: No such file or directory

My version of “gem” is 1.8.23. Do I need to upgrade to a newer version ?

I was following the instructions from here: https://www.openproject.org/projects/openproject/wiki/Installation_OpenProject_3_0

I was able to figure it out. I had to put the command inside the file “Gemfile.plugins”. It wasn’t obvious from the instructions.
