After run WEBrick takes long time to open the header with sign tab

I’ve followed the instructions, installed on a Debian Server (server4you)
Takes a lot of time to open the white home page with tabs, just one have the label Sign, inserted the admin/admin it open the dashboar but takes minutes..

openproject.kolo.mx:3001.

Any suggestions?
