How to upgrade to 3?

Is it possible to upgrade to upgrade from 2.4 to 3? I cant seem to find any info on it. Thanks.

Version 3 is not stable yet. The migration is still rather messy and consists of lots of manual steps that change on a weekly basis. Once there is a clear and easy way to migrate, and a stable version 3, we will publish migration instructions.
