I need some guidance on exporting data from one OpenProject instance to another.

We currently have:

• Source: OpenProject 15.5.0 (PROD)

• Target: OpenProject 15.5.0 (UAT)

Could someone please help with:

• How to export projects or other data from the PROD instance

• The recommended way to import the same data into the UAT instance

• Whether there are any supported tools, plugins, or best practices for this use case

Any documentation links or step-by-step guidance would be greatly appreciated.
