Upgrade from OpenProject 15.5.1 to OpenProject 16.6.1 - help needed

Hello Community,

can someone please send me some instruction on how to upgrade my OpenProject installation on Ubuntu 22.04.05 LTS from version 15.5.1 to version 16.6.1? I found instructions on how to install OpenProject from the scratch but unfortunately nothing that can help me to upgrade my existing installation.
