Cannot log in with 2FA after restoring database from a differnet server- Openproject 16

I created a new VPS, installed Openproject and Postgresql 17 according the user documentation.  I can get to the webpage of my instance, but it wants me to log in with the password of the instance of my old VPS.  It then takes me to the 2FA page and I enter the code for the old instance's 2FA and it says my "one time password is invalid".  How do I log in now?  I can ssh into my server- is there a way to turn off 2FA from a command line?
