Migrating from Ubuntu 18.04 to 24.04

OpenProject currently runs on an Ubuntu 18.04 and is version 12.5.8 with PostgreSQL 10.23. I have an Ubuntu 24.04 VM and need to move OpenProject and all the data to it. I need to know the best way to do this without losing any information.
