Problem with repository during upgrade openproject

Good morning,

I have a problem with openproject updates from version 14.5.0 to 15.2.1 on redhat 8 system.
using the official guide, the one I've always used, performing the dnf update, it doesn't find any openproject package. 

if I type the address in a browser: https://dl.packager.io/srv/rpm/opf/openproject/stable/15/el/8/x86_64, I get a [packager.io] 404 - Resource not found.
can anyone help me? How can I register for the community?
