Copying a project with a template does not work any more

Yesterday I updated openproject to version 15.2. Today I want to create a new project using a template project. The process is durning and stays durning until I close the process.

What can I do, is there a bug in the new version or where can I look for the problem? Create A project without a template works.

After 2 hours, all the jobs are executed and the information was sent by email. That the projects have been created. Any Idea why the server was that busy for such a long time? Where can I check that everything is working properly?
