can't set up Email Notification

Hi,

i am have problems to set up E-Mail notification on openprojects.

I can the folowing error

with smtp test tool 

https://www.gmass.co/smtp-test

i can send testmail with my credentials.

Configuration:

Email delivery method: smtp

SMTP server: ex5.mail.ohv.net

SMTP port 587

SMTP HELO domain: srv-jm-home.com

SMTP authentication : login (tried plain as well)

SMTP username: account@srv-jm-home.com

SMTP password:

Automatically use STARTTLS if available: is turned on
