Problem with OpenProject installation. Service Unavailable

Hello, there was a problem, I deployed web open source OpenProject on a rented server on Ubuntu 20.04. The whole installation process went smoothly and without problems, but when opening the site through the domain http://147.45.106.252/ error 503 occurs, it writes that the service is unavailable. Although it realizes that it is done through 
Apache/2.4.41 (Ubuntu) Server at 147.45.106.252 Port 80. What could be the problem? Went through the forums all and videos with a similar problem, but nothing helped.
