Open Project doesn't want to connect to the database

I have an old server with open project on it but it will be closed soon so I wanted to migrate the open project database from it to a new server
, so I downloaded  PostgreSQL 13 on the server and restored the database from the old server.
but after selecting "reuse database " in the wizard and providing the credentials for it I get hit with the message

I am 100% sure about the credentials, yet I don't know why it doesn't connect
any ideas on how to solve this issue ?
