Unable to update OpenProject to the latest (CentOS 7)

Hello Guys, 

i'm on using openproject on Centos 7 but i'm unable to update it beyon the version 13.0.8 ? even after i do update on the system and i check the openproject miror i still only get the 13.0.8 version, do any one have a clue about why ? 

this is my yum repo for OP :
