Admin username and password

Greetings - I have successfully installed openproject  it on a laptop. What I cannot figure out is how to create the initial Admin account I can we can set up users.  

on punching in http://localhost:8080. ladn up on admin screen username and password.I have tried to punch in username admin password :admin

getting the following error

 " Your account has not yet been activated. To activate your account, click on the link that was emailed to you." .No email has been received,since it ia local instance not sure whether will recieve an email
