Error (Timeout to open TCP connection to mail.iagencia.co:465 (exceeds 5 seconds))

My email configuration does not work, it gives me the following message: (Timeout to open TCP connection to mail.iagencia.co:465 (exceeds 5 seconds)) and I have tried it with Gmail as well and it gives me the same message.
