Admin mail exchanged... account not accessible ?

Hello
Is a Docker/Portainer installation... fresh. Now the admin has received an email. We were automatically logged out and have to confirm the link in the mail. But there is no mail. And also reset password does not work because that does not arrive either.

Where can I check the mail address of the admin via shell? is that possible? What went wrong here?
